ClearFrameStudio

How it runs

Five stations, one building.

01

The brief

Taken in plain English, not a form. What the product is, which retailer it is going to, what the range review needs and when. We write the specification back to you before anything is built.

02

The build

The scene gets built before the light goes on. Surfaces, props, planting, the room around it.

03

The light

Hard key, real weather, or a blacked out studio with the product suspended in it. The lighting decision is the brand decision.

04

The check

Every frame is checked against the retailer's written specification before release. Background value, fill of frame, margin, colour, file naming, dimensions. If it will not pass, it does not leave the building.

05

The delivery

Named, sized and ready to upload, in the formats your team already uses. Rights assigned to you outright.

We are hiring

Building the house.

Ten London roles, in three phases. The technical specifications below are abridged and redacted; the full documents go to the recruiter under NDA.

Role specification, abridgedRedacted

Automation Developer

Band

Responsibilities

  • Own the orchestration layer for generation, review and delivery: an event driven queue with idempotent retries, dead letter handling and replay, so a failed render never yields a duplicate asset or a silent gap.
  • Encode each retailer's written specification as executable checks: background value, fill of frame, margin, colour profile, file naming, pixel dimensions and ratio, run on every candidate before a human sees it.
  • Build on Supabase, Postgres with row level security, storage and edge functions, with structured logging, tracing and alerting across the whole pipeline.

You will need: fluent TypeScript and SQL, queue and webhook design, a working grasp of colour management, and the habit of writing the test before the feature.

AI Visual Artist

Band

Responsibilities

  • Run reference governed generation: the product is never described in words, the reference carries the shape, and every reference is named and bound in the prompt text.
  • Prepare flat, clean, whole product references from supplier photography and prove the reference before the model is blamed for the result.
  • Manage colour from an sRGB working space through to print profiles, and apply scene law: product in use, aspirational, no text bearing props, no repeated motifs.

You will need: a photographer's eye, prompt discipline across the current image models, and colour literacy to a print standard.

AI Video Producer

Band

Responsibilities

  • Storyboard ruled and signed off before a single frame of motion is generated; one widescreen master, then every reformat derived from it rather than regenerated.
  • On screen text generated natively by the model, never overlaid in post; every cut reviewed in play, never from stills.
  • Maintain delivery matrices per retailer and channel: ratio, duration, codec, loudness, captions and safe area.

You will need: editorial judgement, fluency in the current video models, and the discipline to deliver one assembled film rather than a pile of clips.

Post-Production Artist

Band

Responsibilities

  • Colour and retouch against the brand's own reference material and the retailer's written specification; soft proof for screen and for print.
  • Upscaling discipline: resolution is built at source and never applied to a generated frame; a frame that misses is rebuilt from the original photograph, not patched.
  • Deliver at exact slot ratios in integer multiples, naming and metadata to the retailer's schema, from the review folder as the single source of truth.

You will need: Photoshop and Capture One to a retouching standard, ICC profile fluency, and a refusal to stack edits.

Production Manager

Band

Responsibilities

  • Plan throughput across concurrent rounds and clients: capacity, sequencing and the critical path from brief to signed off drop.
  • Run approval loops through the client review portal: every card ruled, rejects deleted, approved work off the board, nothing shipped stale.
  • Own standards and sign off: the specification is the brief, and nothing leaves the house unchecked against it.

You will need: studio or agency production at scale, systems thinking, and the composure to hold a line with a client.

Client Account Manager

Band

Responsibilities

  • Onboard retailers and suppliers: capture the written specification, product measurements and brand guidelines before the first frame is made.
  • Scope rounds and amend rounds against the approved prompt; price scope changes properly; keep every client on one complete drop.
  • Keep the statements of account, invoicing and the commercial record for every project.

You will need: account management in a supply chain or retail context, written precision, and a head for the commercial record.
