- Enquiry details you submit through this site: name, email, company and anything you write in a brief or message. Used to respond to your enquiry and arrange bookings.
- Client portal accounts: email, password (stored by our authentication provider, never by us in plain text) and company name. Used to deliver the portal service.
- Basic usage information needed to run and secure the site, such as server logs.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver projects and files through the client portal, and keep the site working. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site: hosting, authentication, storage and scheduling.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only, to keep the client portal working and remember your sign-in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear this site's data in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@clearframestudio.com and we will respond promptly.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Portal accounts and project files are kept for the duration of the client relationship.
